We really enjoy working with and are well known for treating younger patients from newborn to adolescents. We have undergone specific paediatric and cranial osteopathic training, which are particularly suitable as they are safe, gentle and effective forms of treatment for children.

We just had our appointment with Helen for our 5 weeks old baby. We thought he was suffering from colics but we discussed with Helen that he has tensions due to the c-section. He looks already more relaxed. Highly recommend them. Very professional

We have been seeing Helen for support with our newborn for 3 sessions now due to a traumatic birth and us noticing he was struggling with some head movement. Since sessions we now have a much happier baby who is sleeping and feeding much better, as well as moving around with less tension. Thank you!

I am currently taking my 19month old son to see Helen as he struggles to sleep at night. I came to Helen as I saw her when I was 5 years old when I struggled with migraines and ear sensitivity due to having meningococcal septicaemia at 10months. She completely changed my life and I no longer suffer with any headaches or hearing problems and I knew I wanted her to treat my son.
Helen was welcoming and really patient and approachable meaning my son felt at ease and happily wonders in to the room when we visit! He hasn’t cried once whilst there, he happily plays sat on my lap while Helen works her magic! We are definitely seeing improvements after 3 visits.

The best experience. I took my 13 week old son along, for no reason other than to give him a once over. He has a number of points that needed to be worked on that I didn't notice. To see the relief and him relax after he had been worked on. Thank you Paul. Already booked for the next appointment!
