Cranial Osteopathy

Cranial Osteopathy is a gentler form of diagnosis and treatment. Focusing on releasing structures deep within the body this allows us to treat a wilder range of patients sometimes with more complex needs. people generally wonder what is happening as the Osteopath places their hands under there heads or pelvis, and don't seem to initially do much. However the Osteopaths gentle movements shouldn't be taken for inactivity they are busy feeling the flow of fluids through your body and the areas where there are restrictions and blocks as well as feeling the general state of health or viberance to the tissues.

Later when a treatment plan has been discussed and you as a patient are happy. The Osteopath can start increasing the fluid movements or reduce the tightness that is causing these areas of poor function. You generally feel warm and tired after your experience. Sleep is better and little easier and the energetic barrier to your body being able to heal itself has been lowered.
