Started in Osteopathy 35 years ago with a desire to help people and understand the wonderful complex structure called the body.

He is still going strong. People have turned to him and his patient gentle approach with an emphasis on “Do no harm” and a scientific understanding.

Paul is a qualified Pilates teacher with the Australian Physiotherapist & Pilates Institute. He takes small classes at beginner and intermediate Pilates levels and finds this a really good way both to assess his clients but also to pass on his 38 years of knowledge of how the body a balanced comfortable body will move breathe and relax.

Helen has enjoyed a long career in providing health care. She has been an Osteopath and Cranial Osteopath for the last 30 years although at first was an Oncology Nurse at St. Bartholomew’s Hospital, London. Since then she has completed the Paediatric Training with the SCCO and later obtained a Masters degree from Oxford University in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. She was Co-Author of Managing Pressure at Work, a BBC publication and is a voluntary Mentor for the Invest Programme in association with The Cranfield Trust and Honourable Company of Gloucestershire. As a mother of three, now grown up, children life has been busy but full of dog walks, music, theatre and following her interests with horses!

Jane qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in 1983. She ran her own busy practice in Halstead, Essex for 14 years, the last 4 of which she also worked in the hospital physiotherapist department for 2 days a week offering Osteopathic services to patients funded by the local GP practice. After a 3 year break living in Grenoble France Jane recommenced her career in 2003 and has worked with us at Gloucester Osteopaths ever since. Her experience of life and people plus 30 + years of osteopathic work help her to be a very kind thoughtful and hard-working Osteopath
