The clinician, Kerri, was the utmost professional. She explained everything in a slow reasonable manner. The assessment and treatment plan were excellent and extremely relevant to my particular needs. My only complaint, to myself, was why I never booked an appointment with this particular practice years ago

Excellent service. Paul diagnosed problems with the fluid mechanics in my pelvis and lower leg, following a traumatic accident and deep wound to my leg. My mobility has improved very significantly following the treatment. I had thought that osteopaths were all about backs - I'm so glad I discovered that this isn't the case.

I was examined by Paul on 28.6.25. following 2 visits to A&E and one to my Dr. following a fall, 5 x-rays had not revealed any damage to my spine. Paul's opinion was a cracked/broken protuberance to a vertebra which should heal in about 6 weeks. Take it easy and Paracetamol when necessary for pain relief. The cracked vertebra healed in about 8 weeks but I needed follow-up treatment to correct ongoing pain, three visits produced a marked improvement by continuing the exercises the pain should clear up in time.

I had a wonderful session with Helen last week. I’ve been struggling with a hip problem that has worsened significantly over the past few months, and someone recommended I see an osteopath. Before my appointment, movement in one of my hips was very restricted. To my surprise, as Helen worked on me, the pain began to ease, and by the end of that first session, my mobility had improved greatly. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment—my only regret is not going sooner!

I had been struggling with persistent headaches every day for the past six months and felt like I had tried everything without success. I booked an appointment with Paul (which I was able to get within a week—very impressive!) and he truly worked his magic. Within two days of my appointment, my headaches were gone. Got some osteopathic treatment for a minor head injury and it has made a significant difference so I do have to recommend this practice. I had a couple of other treatments with different practitioners prior to this but Paul's experience and skill has been much more effective.

I have been suffering issues with my back, left leg and foot for many years. I have had all sorts of medical interventions except visiting an Osteopath. Luckily my family suggested a visit and I'm so glad they did. I was introduced to Paul Stamp and had a very relaxed talk about my back problems. I am currently taking my 19month old son to see Helen as he struggles to sleep at night. I came to Helen as I saw her when I was 5 years old when I struggled with migraines and ear sensitivity due to having meningococcal septicaemia at 10months. I had a back spasim before a big trip to New Zealand and was worried I wouldn't be able to enjoy my trip as I couldn't fully stand up. Very reliable and experienced therapists. I have been treated here for my back and shoulders once in 2022 and now again 2023 and on both occasions have had good sharp diagnosis and careful treatment.. I would strongly recommend Paul Stamp and Jane who have treated me on various occasions. Paul esp. I'm thankful for your expertise and attention for detail and bring me back to normal work-line in quick time. Within 2-3 sessions my sciatica was healed, though very minor and initial stages, I was in deep pain unable to go back to work in 2023. The receptionists all of them are gems and always there to help and serve, great to interact with them and they always come across as polite and professional in every interaction.

I first met Helen in 2012 when my newborn and I were rather broken from a traumatic forceps delivery. I've been seeing Helen regularly ever since and bring my son at various times after illness or injury. It's a really good MOT for him after growth spurts especially as he has hypermobile joints that cause him pain sometimes. Helen works her magic at both a physical and emotional level. She's brilliant with parents and children alike.

I called Gloucester Osteopath Clinic in desperation due to acute neck pain. Thankfully, They went out of their way to stay late and squeeze me in at the end of the day. I have been diagnosed with calcification tendonitis after 3 months of pain. I had headaches every day and my shoulder was very painful with restricted movement and a stiff neck.
This was my first experience of an osteopath and I would definitely recommend it.
After my first treatment with gentle manipulation, I woke up headache free and my neck felt easier. Paul is professional and friendly and after a few sessions combined with suggested exercises and pain relief, the movement in my arm has improved so much that I can go back to my favourite hobby of dancing. I took my son for cranial osteopathy when he was 6 weeks old because he was having reflux issues, was generally unsettled and was not sleeping well. After just a couple of treatments we saw a marked improvement, and our son was sleeping through the night by 11 weeks! Paul Stamp has always managed to sort my pain, usually my neck and shoulder, in a few treatments.
I haven't always been good in booking maintenance treatments, but I can always get an appointment in a few days.
I recommend this service highly, and I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

My son's mobility was very poor and at 1 year of age he could not even crawl. We started seeing Helen and he made very quick progress, he started walking by his 2nd birthday and has been improving ever since.

My newborn daughter was having problems with her tummy, I had been pushed away by doctors and midwifes for 4 weeks telling that everything was ok and normal. Highly recommend Paul. I had a shoulder niggle, restricted movement but pain only occasionally. Physio and another osteo both missed the issue. Paul nailed it on first visit and the difference after 6 visits is amazing. Was going to leave it and live with it as it wasn’t too debilitating. Glad I didn’t!
